About Your Company

Our partner is an anchor investor of this private equity GP thats looking to expand their presence in Hong Kong. We are looking for a seasoned private equity professional to take on this challenge and bring this fund to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the expansion of a private equity fund for their growing presence in Hong Kong

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including overseas LPs Professional Investors Brokerages. etc

• Take active lead in fund branding for investor relations / fundraising lead origination activities with capital partners

• Identify and source investment opportunities through proactive deal origination leveraging your network and market intelligence.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment targets including financial analysis market research and risk assessment.

• Manage the portfolio of investments monitoring performance identifying value creation opportunities and implementing strategic initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including legal finance and operations to ensure smooth transaction execution and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private equity with a focus on the off shore / global investment

• Proven track record of sourcing executing and managing successful investments in new technology smart city climate tech etc

• Strong network of contacts within the local business and investment community.

• Excellent financial analysis modeling and valuation skills.
