ssential criteria

1. Relevant project experience with Splunk ITSI in the following areas Onboarding of new services into Splunk ITSI including service decomposition and associated testing. Assist with ITSI documentation and knowledgebased articles. Development and maintenance of Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions.

2. Experience working under pressure with close attention to detail organising priorities and meeting deadlines. Ability to Build and maintain relationships with Service Partners key business areas and technical teams.

3. Relevant BAU experience with Splunk ITSI in the following areas User configuration and continuous improvement of Splunk ITSI. Development and maintenance of Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions. Adds moves and changes for existing Splunk ITSI services

4. Proven selfstarter with ability to operate effectively in a large and geographically dispersed enterprise ICT environment.

Desirable criteria

1. Experience in developing and maintaining Splunk ISTI for an Enterprise Operations Centre or similar NOC SOC.

2. Experience in developing Splunk ITSI integrations with Service Now
