We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our dynamic development team and elevate our company to new heights.

We offer a broad range of engineering challenges. You will be exposed to various technologies across our business including Salesforce AWS ReactJS and numerous thirdparty systems. Our team deploys code to production multiple times daily.
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Developer reports to the Chief Customer Officer leading multiple projects to ensure excellence. You will:
- Lead and mentor a team of junior developers ensuring the quality and cohesion of their work.
- Design and implement systems and data architectures.
- Perform handson development and troubleshooting as needed.
- Understand and integrate various components including Salesforce AWS ReactJS and numerous thirdparty systems.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- While direct experience with Salesforce is not required a willingness to learn and work with enterprise systems including databases and workflow systems is essential.
- The ideal candidate should be experienced in both systems and data architecture capable of handson work and able to clearly communicate technical specifications.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in systems architecture and data architecture.
- Ability to perform handson coding and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Salesforce databases and workflow systems.
- Generalist mindset with the ability to understand and integrate diverse components and technologies.
- Skilled software engineer with a broad technical skillset.
- Proficiency in Java and SQL (equivalent to Salesforce Apex).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of QA practices.
