Estonian Tax Accountant

Job Overview: As an Estonian Tax Accountant you will provide expert tax advice and support to our company on a parttime ad hoc basis. You will be responsible for handling various taxrelated tasks ensuring compliance with Estonian tax laws and providing strategic tax planning and advice. This role requires a high level of expertise and precision as you will be a crucial part of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on Estonian tax laws and regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with Estonian tax requirements.
• Assist with tax planning and optimization strategies.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax payments and reports.
• Conduct periodic reviews of financial statements for tax compliance.
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Stay updated with changes in Estonian tax legislation and regulations.
• Provide support during tax audits and investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Qualified and certified to practice as a tax accountant in Estonia.
• Proven experience in Estonian tax accounting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Estonian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Estonian and English.
