Purpose of the role:

The Baker at Maison Franois Bakery is responsible for crafting a diverse selection of highquality baked goods including bread pastries and other items that blend traditional recipes with modern influences. This role demands a passion for baking proven experience in a similar position and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Reporting to the Head Baker the Baker plays a vital role in upholding and enhancing the reputation of our bakery.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread pastries and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all baked goods meet consistent quality taste and presentation in line with the Bakerys high standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Baker on product development and the introduction of new bakery items.
• Follow precise measurements and techniques to maintain consistency across all products.
• Monitor the baking process to ensure optimal results adjusting temperatures and timings as necessary.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently especially during peak production times.
• Assist in inventory management including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
• Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Adhere to schedules and deadlines ensuring all products are ready for service in a timely manner.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience as a Baker in a similar role preferably in a highend bakery.
• Demonstrated passion for baking with a strong understanding of baking techniques and trends.
• Track record of producing highquality baked goods with a focus on consistency and detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Estonian is preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours as needed.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of a busy bakery environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
