Job Description


  • Large NSW Government Organisation
  • $900 per day + Super
  • Daily Rate Contract

Our client is a large NSW Government organisation who are seeking Business Process Improvement Manager to join their team.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Develop an understanding of the business, challenges and services being delivered and supported by the Procurement Function.
  2. Proactively work to develop solutions that allow the procurement function to address and meet those challenges with them to transform the customer experience.
  3. Collaborate and facilitate workshops to identify current state and capacity constraints to articulate target future state
  4. Identify, prioritise and develop implementation roadmap for improvements in systems and processes, templates and self-help materials to support delivery of procur

Selection Criteria:


  1. Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  2. Exceptional consulting and communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
  3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
