Job Description

Our client a distinguished player in the aviation industry with a strategic focus on capital markets. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their team and support their executive leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide toptier administrative support to senior executives including managing complex calendars coordinating meetings and arranging travel.
  • Draft review and edit highlevel correspondence reports presentations and other documentation.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Organize and facilitate executive meetings preparing agendas taking minutes and tracking followup actions.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of expense reports.
  • Conduct research and compile information for special projects and reports.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system ensuring easy access to documents.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 57 years of experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within the aviation or finance industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting seniorlevel executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
