Our client a distinguished player in the aviation industry with a strategic focus on capital markets. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join their team and support their executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide toptier administrative support to senior executives including managing complex calendars coordinating meetings and arranging travel.
- Draft review and edit highlevel correspondence reports presentations and other documentation.
- Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings preparing agendas taking minutes and tracking followup actions.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of expense reports.
- Conduct research and compile information for special projects and reports.
- Maintain an efficient filing system ensuring easy access to documents.
Requirements
- A minimum of 57 years of experience as an Executive Assistant ideally within the aviation or finance industries.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting seniorlevel executives.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong problemsolving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
