• Fulltime: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM (7 AM to 4 PM Manila Time) 1 hour unpaid break

As a Data Analyst/Inventory Manager you ll be the driving force behind inventory optimization and datadriven decision making for this dynamic hobby retail business. Utilizing SAP Business One and advanced Excel skills you ll analyze trends manage stock levels across multiple locations and ensure product availability meets customer demand. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend analytical thinking with practical retail applications directly impacting the company s success and customer satisfaction.

• Spearhead inventory management across multiple retail locations and warehouses using SAP Business One
  
• Create and maintain product data including new SKU creation and product categorization
  
• Conduct indepth inventory analysis to optimize stock levels and improve product availability
  
• Manage replenishment processes ensuring efficient stock distribution across all locations
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and inform inventory decisions
  
• Oversee product categorization including brand mapping and scale management for model kits
  
• Collaborate with suppliers to streamline ordering processes and improve inventory turnover
  
• Develop and implement datadriven strategies to enhance inventory efficiency and reduce costs
  

• Proven experience with SAP Business One particularly in inventory management and data analysis
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management principles
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy
  
• Strong communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to various stakeholders
  
• Passion for the hobby industry and ability to understand product specifics (e.g. model kit scales)
