Liquor Distributor based in Umhlanga is Currently looking for an experienced Telesales Executive with previous or Current Liquor Sales Experience.

Working Hours: Monday Saturday & Public Holidays

Salary: Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience and Provident fund of 7.5%

Requirements

• 23 years telesales Experience
  

• Liquor Sales experience Knowledge.
  

• Knowledge of areas and suburbs in KZN
  

• Strong organizational skills
  

• Good Communications Skills ( both telephonic and on email)
  

• Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
  

• Computer Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook excel word) Syspro experience will be an advantage
  

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers to ensure a smooth sales process
  

• Process incoming orders timeously and efficiently
  

• Managing customer expectations
  

• Internally source products for short stock orders
  

• Answer questions about products or the company
  

• Handle grievances/complaints to preserve the companys reputation
  

• Direct customers to relevant department
  

• Tracking of orders
  

• Following up with internal staff on Outstanding orders
