Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for a Regional Manager for their client in the East of Johannesburg.
- Regional managers are responsible for ensuring that staff maintain sites according to our laid down standards
- Regional managers must be well organised in terms of managing payroll admin and the clients expectations
- Management of the clients expectation of the actual delivery of the service
- Managing the consumable budget is key to good overall site management
- Time management is essential to ensure that all sites are visited as agreed
- Ability to adapt to changes in the economic cycle
- Ability to grow subordinates
- Ensuring that staff are welltrained
- Ensuring sites are wellequipped with consumables
- Manage discipline to mitigate any CCMA risks
- Ensure leads are provided by the area managers a minimum of 2 leads to be provided every month
Requirements
- Matric or a relevant qualification at a level 4
- A management qualification at a level 5 would be beneficial
- The ability to travel extensively
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confidence drive and enthusiasm
- Decisionmaking ability and a sense of responsibility
- Planning and organizational skills
- Very strong administration excel and communication skills
- Ability to work on your own
