IT Support Specialist Inventory Manager UK

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve device error codes
  
• Swap and upgrade hardware components
  
• Trace and fix faults using diagnostic tools and software
  
• Assist support staff from other service providers
  
• Manage inventory flow and maintain detailed records of all goods
  
• Oversee inventory orders storage and control
  
• Update inventory records regularly
  
• Produce daily weekly and monthly IT stock reports
  
• Analyze trends in common device failures
  
• Handle additional duties as assigned
  
• Travel to various sites as required
  
• Work staggered shifts as needed
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of IT desktop support experience
  
• A certification or equivalent experience (3 years) in hardware repair (HP Dell Lenovo)
  
• Proficient with Windows operating systems for issue resolution and PC rebuilds
  
• Familiarity with OSX iOS and Android operating systems
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and antivirus products
  
• Customeroriented with strong soft skills
  
• Ability to make informed decisions and provide technical recommendations
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Detailoriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
