Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve device error codes
- Swap and upgrade hardware components
- Trace and fix faults using diagnostic tools and software
- Assist support staff from other service providers
- Manage inventory flow and maintain detailed records of all goods
- Oversee inventory orders storage and control
- Update inventory records regularly
- Produce daily weekly and monthly IT stock reports
- Analyze trends in common device failures
- Handle additional duties as assigned
- Travel to various sites as required
- Work staggered shifts as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of IT desktop support experience
- A certification or equivalent experience (3 years) in hardware repair (HP Dell Lenovo)
- Proficient with Windows operating systems for issue resolution and PC rebuilds
- Familiarity with OSX iOS and Android operating systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and antivirus products
- Customeroriented with strong soft skills
- Ability to make informed decisions and provide technical recommendations
- Fluent in English
- Detailoriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
