Role & Responsibilities / Job Description:

Scope of work:

We are implementing Jira JSM for our client. As part of this we develop JSM intake forms create automation scripts to transition issues between jsm and Jira and develop automation to automate manual processes. Develop Dashboards using eazy Bi and outofthebox widgets.

Roles

The resource will be the tech lead who will do the following

1. Understand the requirements of the customer
2. Coordinate with client stakeholders to clarify requirements
3. Develop automation scripts workflows and configurations to implement them
4. Validate them using Zephyr
5. Present it to leadership for approval to deploy
6. Deploy the changes to production
7. Train end users in new functionality
8. Document changes in confluence pages
9. Daytoday Atlassian tool upkeep and support activities
10. Research on solutions to given requirements
11. Collaborate with Atlassian and community forums for tool shortcomings and alternate options.
