• Very strong Heuristic design & Analysis skills. Conduct Design Thinking workshops primary research exploring the behaviors and motivations of users and working with teams of Designers Product Managers customers and others to seed the development of new features.
• Create & design amazing user experiences. Able to translate highlevel requirements into interaction flows and artifacts & transform them into intuitive & functional wireframes.

Collaborate with product owners and project team members to gather UI and design requirements for new products and product enhancements

Collaborate with product teams to ensure visual execution meets the strategic objectives and business goals

Create Wireframes for Web/Mobile/Tablet Apps IOS Windows and idea sketches and prototypes pageflow diagrams and branding guidelines etc.

Leading by example in all areas right from Communication to Project/POC/RFP. Right from Ideation Design Thinking workshops requirement gathering activities to understand the UX and UI interfacing with the business users to define the overall requirement brief.

Facilitating communication around enduser requirements and business requirements.

Guiding clients through key design engagements. Driving innovative solutions within constraints around business and technical limitations

Directing execution of the given solution through overall required process. Directing and managing all UX planning with onshore/offshore team in a Global Delivery Model while managing large design engagements
