We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for a Personal Assistant to Directors for a reputed diversified conglomerate located in Sri Lanka. Below is the summary of the Job Description.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Directors' calendars including scheduling appointments meetings and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings including preparing agendas taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails phone calls and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations reports and other documents as required.
- Conduct research and gather information to support the Directors in decisionmaking processes.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Directors.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing photocopying and office organization.
- Provide support in personal tasks and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
