Job Description
Good functional Knowledge on LoanIQ (Finastra) product and loan processing.
Previous experience in handling LoanIQ production support incidents
Experience working with US based users
Hands on experience in handling daily code batch processing. Strong in SQL.
Flexibility to work in a shift environment (no night shifts)
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in priorities
Excellent spoken and written English and clear oral communication skills
