They are currently seeking a Project Architect to become an integral part of their London team. In this role you will report to the Project Manager and Project Designer assuming responsibility for project deliverables ensuring technical accuracy in documentation and coordinating with various disciplines and consultants. Additionally you will oversee the work assignments of a diverse project team and maintain seamless communication with clients consultants and contractors.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring the seamless integration of the overall design intent into detailed documentation overseeing the design process from conceptualization to construction administration and ensuring the consistency and thorough execution of the design concept.

To excel in this role it would be ideal to possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture a professional license and approximately 10 years of experience in designing small to midsized architectural projects including urban and resort hotels. Proficiency in technical skills such as AutoCAD Revit and 3D modeling software like Rhino and SketchUp is essential as is a deep understanding of architectural building systems integrated design trends construction methodologies and building codes.
