Responsibilities:
- Balancing priorities between emails telephone calls and taking escalated calls from contact centre colleagues.
- Proactive in your approach to personal development and learning.
- Be a problem solver someone who can think outside of the box and have an excellent attention to detail.
- Effectively coach and support colleagues to enhance performance and deliver the right outcome to customers.
- Communicate with customers over phone email and chat.
- Accurate and efficient handling and entering customer quotes and orders via phone fax & email.
- Meet Performance Standards set by Management.
- Answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Qualifications:
- Experience of complaint handling preferably with financial services experience.
- Enhance performance and deliver the right outcome to customers on possible complaints.
- An eye for detail and the ability to think creatively.
- Able to multitask respond to change and prioritise.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- 1 years of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- US Driver’s License.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different working environments.
