• Source screen and evaluate candidates to identify top talent for open roles.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Support the continuous improvement of core recruitment processes within the company with best practices and cuttingedge tools.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to fintech roles.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English at an advanced level.
• Strong selforganization skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

It Would Be a Plus:

• Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Previous involvement in hiring Fintech roles in addition to generic business positions.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the sourcing process.
