Requirements :
We are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytics role who will play a crucial role in providing insights to a wide range of stakeholders through compelling visuals and carefully thoughtout analysis. The Data Analyst will work closely with marketing specialists account managers and CRO specialists visualizing and monitoring campaigns effectiveness and clients performance using a wide range of internal and external data sources employing advanced analytical models statistical testing and hypothesis testing to drive datainformed decisions.
The ideal candidate is a detailoriented and curious individual with excellent communication and project management skills confidence in working both independently and as part of a team with a proven track record of providing valueadding insights in the digital marketing and lead generation industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate extensively with various stakeholders in the organization to analyze campaign data clients performance data with the aim of identifying and presenting issues or opportunities proactively.
- Develop analytics processes and reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations based on complex data analysis to influence decision making.
- Conduct research and hypothesis testing to come up with ideas that can improve campaign KPIs.
- Conduct indepth adhoc analytics and investigations in response to key business questions.
- Regularly report insights and progress to stakeholders translating complex data sets into understandable and actionable items.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and use this knowledge to recommend changes in analytics / marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in data science or data analysis preferably within a digital marketing context.
- Experience with marketing KPIs (CPM CTR CR CPL etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis methods hypothesis testing data modeling data mining time series analysis (trend seasonality cyclic patterns residual components) forecasting and AB testing will be considered a plus.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically about the role of data in achieving business objectives.
- Teamoriented with a collaborative approach to problemsolving.
- UpperIntermediate or higher level of English.
