HCM Programmer Analyst

Our client is looking for a HCM Programmer Analyst

Title :HCM Programmer Analyst
Location : San Bernardino
Type : Contract Onsite

The candidate will participate in systems analysis application architecture systems design and development database design and applications programming. The position requires experience with PeopleSoft suite of development products (Application Designer SQR Application Engine SQL etc.) and familiarity with all phases of the SDLC. The candidate will analyze and resolve production system problems and monitor production systems to ensure correct and efficient operation. Candidates should possess excellent problem solving organizational and communication skills and keep abreast with emerging technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Proficient with PeopleSoft development suite Application Designer SQR
Application Engine AWE Query etc.
2. Advanced PeopleCode experience.
3. Experience with COBOL Application Packages Component Interface Fluid
Development HTML5 and CSS.
4. Experience selectively adopting bug fixes and new features from PUM Images.
5. Experience reducing customizations by use of Event Mapping and Drop Zones.
6. Advanced SQL experience on an Oracle database.
7. Strong understanding of SDLC.
8. Familiar with various design architectural patterns and HCM frameworks.
9. Ability to write clean readable modular scalable and easily maintainable code
with proper technical documentation.
10. Understanding of code versioning tools.
11. Troubleshooting analytical skills and excellent communication skills.

Experience and Education:
Information Management Computer Science or any closely related field with at least 5
years working experience using HCM PeopleSoft JavaScript libraries SQL and SQR.
An equivalent combination of experience education and training will be considered.
