Open Position: Application Support Engineer Level 2 (MNC IT Organisation)

An MNC IT Technology organisation is looking for Application Support Engineer Level 2 to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Involved in providing Software Support covering cloud web and mobile applications used by global users
  
• Good experience in diagnosing troubleshooting solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications
  
• Good experience in using software technologies such as Java Oracle SQL Database and etc within Linux and Windows environment
  
• Good experience in writing monitoring and automation scripts using Javascript Perl or Shell
  
• Having a good understanding of ITIL Agile and Scrum methodologies would be added advantage
  
• Work closely with Project Managers and Software Engineers for process improvement and delivering highquality standards & products
  
• Passionate in providing highquality software products with a positive attitude
  
• A team player and enjoy working in a multicultural environment
