Job Description
Our client a leading semiconductor client is looking for Associate Test Engineer 2 Shift 2.
Job Title: Associate Test Engineer 2 Shift 2
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Job Location: Milpitas CA
Pay Rate: $37.40 $39.60/hr on W2
Shift Hours: 3 PM to 12:30 AM with 1/2 hour lunch. OT required
Responsibilities:
- Perform setup calibration testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at system level.
- Determine and may develop methods and procedures from blueprints drawings and diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot assemblies and/or final systems and complete rework on assemblies and/or systems as a result of testing.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems. May assist in the selection and setup of specialized test equipment.
- Handson experience in electromechanical assembly testing troubleshooting and repair
- Ability to work in a clean room environment is required.
- Experience with systems development and testing including formulating system level requirements test specifications and test results.
- Hands on experience using Oscilloscopes and DVM analysis tools and equipment is preferred.
- Use and manipulate a variety of fine adjustment hand tools torque wrenches and calipers.
