Job Title: Technical and Voice Support (NOC) Analyst
Location: Plainview NY
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Provide firstline technical support for Field Technicians and clients focusing on VoIP and routers
- Manage and resolve tickets in a NOC environment; escalate issues as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware software and voice issues; ensure system compatibility
- Assist customers with technical inquiries; communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders
- Contribute to Knowledgebase and conduct training sessions
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience in telecom installations NOC support and ticketing systems
- Strong customer service communication and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and voice technology
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment with rotating shifts
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Technology Telecommunications Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience
Work Conditions:
- Remote
- Overnight shifts: Monday Wednesday 8:00 pm 8:00 am; Thursday 8:00 pm 2:00 am
Salary: 18.00 25.00 per hour; salary is commensurate with experience.
