Technical and Voice Support NOC Analyst overnight shift

Job Title: Technical and Voice Support (NOC) Analyst

Location: Plainview NY

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Provide firstline technical support for Field Technicians and clients focusing on VoIP and routers
• Manage and resolve tickets in a NOC environment; escalate issues as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware software and voice issues; ensure system compatibility
• Assist customers with technical inquiries; communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders
• Contribute to Knowledgebase and conduct training sessions

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience in telecom installations NOC support and ticketing systems
• Strong customer service communication and problemsolving skills
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and voice technology
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment with rotating shifts

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Technology Telecommunications Management Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience

Work Conditions:

• Remote
• Overnight shifts: Monday Wednesday 8:00 pm 8:00 am; Thursday 8:00 pm 2:00 am

Salary: 18.00 25.00 per hour; salary is commensurate with experience.
