Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and devise individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure patient safety.
• Lead and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care.
• Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) for accurate patient documentation.
• Implement infection control measures to ensure a safe care environment.
• Stay current with best practices in nursing and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain BLS and ACLS certifications and adhere to hospital policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc.) from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care and manage time effectively.
