Company Overview: Our client is a Staterun utility provider seeking a General Laborer / Utility Worker.

Position Summary: A successful candidate shall have 1 year of relevant experience in landscaping or construction and be able to operate lawn equipment.

Work Duration: Up to 3 months

Responsibilities:

Operating Agricultural tractor with a brush mower walkbehind mower and string trimmer around street posts and gates.

Training is required for the Agricultural tractor which will be done by the hiring authority.

Complying with the safety and health program in support of an incident and injuryfree workplace.

May operate small tractors trucks and trailers to assist with construction maintenance and/or landscape projects.

Using handoperated and electric pneumatic and hydraulic power tools to assist with construction maintenance and/or landscape projects.

Assists in the construction repair maintenance and inspection of utility piping cable conduit systems and appurtenances utility Right of Ways and Facilities.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working in maintenance and landscaping/construction position.

Able to operate lawn equipment

Able to go through a training with tractors

Must have a valid driver s license
