JOB DESCRIPTION
The Customer Engagement Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving sales success by cultivating meaningful connections with prospects understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value of our products.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with qualified leads guiding them through our products process
Analyzing customer feedback to develop innovative strategies that ensure prospect satisfaction and excellent customer service
Presenting personalized solutions that address clients specific needs and pain points
Fostering a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries and concerns
Utilizing customer insights to continuously improve sales techniques and enhance the overall customer experience.
Please note that this is an officebased role and the successful candidates will not be required to work outside of the office or conduct external sales activities. Instead they will meet with prospects who visit the office and engage with them accordingly. The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for converting walkin prospects into qualified leads and driving sales growth within the office environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome new prospects ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
Deliver effective presentations to potential clients showcasing our offerings value and relevance
Conduct needs assessments and tailor solutions to meet clients specific requirements
Address customer queries and objections creatively closing sales and establishing strong relationships
Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and achieve goals
Maintain regular contact with prospects and stay updated on product knowledge features and benefits
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations scheduling meetings and demonstrations to showcase our offerings
Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills and stay current with industry best practices
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
Stay informed about global immigration policies investment trends and economic indicators
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales transactions addressing client enquiries and resolving queries
Provide periodic reports as required and perform additional duties as assigned by direct report
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree (required) or Masters degree (preferred)
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Proven track record of success in a related field
