Job Description

• Help the Manager Train and Manage the team of Pre sales advisors
  
• Provide continuous training and help the presales advisor to achieve their targets
  
• Manage a team of a minimum 1012 Pre sales advisors track their daily activities and help them achieve their targets
  
• Develop counters for customer queries and train the team for the same
  
• Measure daily weekly and Monthly performance trends of each team member and take corrective actions to match the organizations expectations
  
• Set up daily calling and prospect targets for the team and have daily team meetings to brief to team about the same
  
• Motivate team members to achieve and exceed the targets
  
• Audit calls Emails and CRM practices to ensure 100% compliance for each team member
  
• Keep expanding knowledge with admission process in different countries and students with different profiles
