  • Handle incoming customer inquiries email and chat providing accurate and timely responses
  • Resolve customer issues refunds and complaints ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining customer
  • Provide product information and assist customers with making informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions including inquiries complaints and resolutions in our customer platforms.
  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media channels (these will be handled both within our help desk software Gorgias.


Requirements

  • Respond to customer inquiries on social media channels (these will be handled both within our help desk software Gorgias.
  • Team player: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining customer service procedures and policies.
  • Proactive in identifying priority issues providing feedback from customers to our internal team.
  • Engage with and manage our online community to foster a positive and supportive environment.
Job Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role preferably within an Australian context
  • Proficiency in CRM / software customer help desk software such as Zendesk Salesforce HubSpot Gorgias Salesforce.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms Shopify and Magento is preferable
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities

Setup and Location: Work from Home Setup
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM AU Eastern Time 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH time
