Work Hours (Client): 9 am to 5 pm EST Monday to Friday (Must be available for meetings from 11 am to 3 pm ET if needed.)

Pay Range: $1200 to $1500/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

The company exists to show people it's never too late to learn a new skill. We teach complete beginners how to crochet by combining a physical kit with emerging edtech tools.

About you

• Must have at least 2 years of experience designing physical goods
• Deep understanding of design systems color and typography
• The ability to illustrate in a variety of styles
• Extremely detailoriented and organized
• Selfmotivated responsive quick and autonomous
• Expert in design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Figma
• Proficient with collaboration tools like Google Drive and Slack
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience in or desire to learn crochet

The role

• Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and CoFounder to finalize designs for manufacturing
• Create and upload website image assets according to existing guidelines and packaging designs
• Maintain design documentation (e.g. SOPs guidelines illustration libraries)
• Transfer crochet patterns from Google Docs into the existing Figma template
