We are looking for a Backend Lead (JAVA) to join a global team of 1000 professionals with a tech hub in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently drive change delivery through requirement analysis definition and documentation.
• Identify potential solutions using agile delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate in small agile teams with a clear mission and ownership.
• Align with stakeholders on best practices regarding APIs security compliance roadmap and reliability.
• Direct the technical aspects of software features.
• Build scalable reliable and maintainable APIs for highvolume transactions.
• Focus on endtoend ownership continuous improvement testing monitoring and experimentation.

Requirements:

• Pragmatic mindset.
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices.
• 8 years of software development experience with 3 years of Java experience preferred.
• Understanding of system design and tuning for high performance scalability and reliability.
• Strong database and schema design skills for largescale and finance systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture eventdriven architecture message queue systems and cloud enterprise architecture.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities.
• Proficient in English.
