Lead Tester - UAT Team - 100 remote - Work directly for the US

We have partnered with a USbased Company looking to expand their UAT Testing team.

They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Mxico

Our proposal:

The LeadTester UATwill work closely with the UAT Lead to develop and implement test strategies and plans. This role involves assisting with the documentation review and approval of project deliverables executing UAT scripts and participating in defect triaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing defect management and experience with testing tools.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the IM Lead and digital team to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.

Assist in documenting reviewing and approving project deliverables including test plans scripts and summary reports.

Ensure the timely delivery of testing milestones.

Keep track of new requirements and changes in project requirements.

Escalate issues regarding project requirements (software hardware resources) to senior stakeholders.

Organize or attend relevant test meetings and provide status reports (Daily Weekly etc.) to senior stakeholders as required.

Take responsibility for managing testing activities within the project.

Oversee the production and approval of testing deliverables and the achievement of testing milestones during the project.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

A minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Test Engineer.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English.

Proficient in test management and defect management tools (ALMQC QTest Jira preferred).

Strong knowledge of Agile testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience in line managing and mentoring team members.

Experience in implementing QA processes in projects.

Experience in creating and executing test cases.

Strong understanding of requirement analysis.
