As the Director of Business Operations you will lead our Business Operations team ensuring operational excellence and efficiency throughout the organization. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing crossfunctional alignment managing key systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot and integrating numerous other platforms. With a strong emphasis on lead generation (bringing in thousands of leads monthly) you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations fostering collaboration and driving growth across sales marketing and operational teams.



What Youll Do:
  • Oversee Marketing and Sales and Customer Success Operations ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Support Manage Customer Success Finance and Product operational needs
  • Optimize and maintain key systems (e.g. Salesforce Hubspot Chili Piper)
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Lead and mentor the Operation team

Requirements :

  • BA/BS in Business Economics Computer Science or related field
  • 7 years of experience in business operations including 2 years in management and 3 years in strategic roles
  • Expertise with Salesforce HubSpot and system integrations
  • Proven experience in optimizing lead generation and managing highvolume lead flow
  • Experience in business operations within startups focusing on scalability and efficiency
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with finance and customer success teams to drive comprehensive operational insights
  • Advanced skills in data analysis process optimization and implementing AI tools for business improvements
