Your main tasks will include:

Work closely with our VP Strategic Finance on the following areas:

• Strategic Finance: Helping shape critical decisionmaking processes by diving deep into the world of data analysis and preparing comprehensive management reports that drive our company forward
• Investor Relations: Rub shoulders with the big leagues as you support our team in engaging with industry giants like Allianz X Portage White Star Capital Yabeo and Tencent. From preparing shareholder and supervisory board meetings to actively communicating with key stakeholders youll be at the forefront of our investor relations strategy
• Daily Tasks: No two days are the same at CLARK! From providing essential administrative support to tracking project progress youll be the backbone of our ongoing projects
• Key DecisionMaking: Step into the drivers seat as you play a pivotal role in preparing decisionmaking materials for our management and senior leadership team. Your insights will shape the future of CLARK!
• Collaboration: Get ready to work handinhand with department heads across the organization. Gain firsthand insights into CLARKs organizational dynamics and contribute to our collective success

You are right with us if:

• A university degree and any relevant practical experience in the field of consulting private equity venture capital and/or tech startups
• Analytical skills and some prior knowledge of (financial & business) modeling skills
• Techsavvy and passion for innovation and technology
• Excellent communication skills in German and English (verbally and written)
• Processdriven mindset with clear ability to make the complex simple dive deep and put large amounts of information into context to help drive strategic projects across the board
• Highly independent and handson work ethic
• Collaborative work attitude teamplayer with high standards of professional and ethical conduct
