Job Description
We seek an experienced Human Resources Director with strategic vision and exceptional leadership capabilities. This is a fulltime onsite role based in Coastal San Diego.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities for HR Director:
- Bachelors degree required
- SHRMCP or PHR certification preferred
- 35 years of experience in benefits administration leave management and general HR operations
- At least 5 years of experience supervising staff including Managers Generalists and Coordinators
- Proficient in Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling tools like CTUIT
- Excellent communication conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities
- Experience managing benefit programs including 401k plans Workers Compensation Safety Programs Guest Incident Claims and Employee Recognition Programs
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous HR experience in multilocation companies with at least 500 employeespreferred
- Strong understanding of local California state and federal employment laws
