Job Description;

• Lead and oversee the patient safety and clinical risk management programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize clinical risks and enhance patient safety.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of incidents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on patient safety and risk management metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Provide education and training to staff on patient safety and risk management topics.
• Engage in regular rounding at the acute hospital to identify and address safety concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Nursing Healthcare Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient safety and clinical risk management within an acute care setting.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful patient safety and risk management programs.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
