Job Title: Maintenance Controls Technician
Location: Oxford NC
Duration: 12months
Job Description;
- Perform regular maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on control systems including PLCs HMIs and related equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with electrical mechanical and pneumatic control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including work orders inspections and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting control systems in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens AllenBradley or similar).
- Strong understanding of electrical mechanical and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings schematics and manuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
