The Role

The UI/UX Engineer gathers requirements explores design solutions conducts user research and creates wireframes storyboards and prototypes. They implement cuttingedge design innovations ensure consistent design language and optimize UI for usercenteredness. Excellent communication problemsolving and knowledge of design tools and industry trends are essential.

Skills Requirements

Mandatory Skillset:

• Strong knowledge in creating wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and sitemaps.
  
• Handson experience with visual design and wire framing tools like Adobe Creative Suite Sketch and Figma.
  
• UX/UI design with strong portfolio
  

Requirements

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  
• Use various ideation methods such as brainstorming interviews and focus groups to address user needs and add value to the customer.
  
• Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems.
  
• Conduct user research create user personas and perform customer and competitor analysis.
  
• Define user task flows and interaction models.
  
• Use wireframes storyboards process flows and sitemaps to illustrate and present design ideas.
  
• Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language across UI designs.
  
• Create prototypes wireframes and mockups to demonstrate the functionality and layout of the product.
  
• Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product aligns with cuttingedge technology.
  
• Perform metrics analysis postlaunch to inform design and UX optimization efforts.
  
• Optimize UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and usercenteredness.
  
• Troubleshoot any UX problems.
  
• Conduct regular research on user experience and support any presales engagements.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
