Job Description

  • Sourcing and Supplier Management:

    • Identify and evaluate potential international suppliers based on quality cost and reliability.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers to ensure continuous supply of highquality goods and services.
    • Negotiate contracts terms and pricing agreements with international suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Procurement Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of required goods and services.
    • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Logistics and Compliance:

    • Manage international shipping logistics including customs clearance and documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations import/export laws and company policies.
    • Mitigate risks associated with international procurement activities.
  • Cost Control and Budgeting:

    • Track and analyze procurement expenditures to identify costsaving opportunities.
    • Prepare and maintain procurement budgets and forecasts.
  • Inventory Management:

    • Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities supplier performance and cost savings.
    • Analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential impacts on procurement activities.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and best practices in foreign procurement.


  • Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international procurement or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
