Job Description

About the Client:

Ased in Wilsonville Oregon they are a team of surgeons scientists engineers and researchers. Together they are chasing the safest helmet technology.

Job Summary:

As an integral part of our sales team you will oversee sales and customer service activity for our distributor network by fielding customer questions and resolving issues in ways that produce satisfied returning customers who will share their experiences with colleagues and future customers. You answer questions via email and over the phone process incoming orders and RFQ s from our reseller partners and facilitate returns/exchanges. You are exceptionally detail oriented and verify the validity of orders and communicate with other teams customers and resellers about the orders as necessary.

Job Responsibilities:


Customer Experience:

  • Foster a customercentric culture in keeping with our brand image. Resolve customer
  • complaints and issues.
  • Provides product features and benefit information to the consumer. Interacts with various
  • departments on the consumer s behalf.
  • Facilitate product returns or exchanges when necessary.

Customer Service:

  • Primary phone support.
  • Manage the sales inbox@ end to end and comanage the info@ inbox.
  • Serve as the primary customer service contact within the distributor network.
  • Communicate order confirmation and shipment tracking to distributors.
  • Notify partners when Will Call orders are ready for pick up.
  • Build quotes for custom orders.
  • Work with the customization team to facilitate custom render requests artwork revisions and recommendations.

Order Management:

  • Accurately and efficiently process purchase orders and communicate with purchasing agents sales reps and warehouse shipping team.
  • Coordinate with sales regarding product availability order status shipping dates and potential delays.
  • Promotes products to customers to ensure company growth.
  • Process sample order requests assist with follow up as necessary.

Account Management:

  • Manage assigned distributor relationships ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new distributor inquiries.
  • Assist infield rep training as requested by sales leadership.

Process Optimization:

  • Collect and analyze customer/distributor feedback recognizing patterns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to highlight positive customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement customer service routines and processes as the business evolves.
  • Offer input related to process improvement ERP enhancements and best practices.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service order management or a related field
  • Experience in B2B retail sectors preferred
  • Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
  • Proficient in basic computer applications including Google Apps
  • Sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service mentality with a positive attitude
  • Naturally helpful with strong problemsolving and detailoriented qualities
  • Strong ability to understand and absorb product specifications quickly
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
  • Must be amenable to work from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST or PST

Language Ability: Read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies or members of the business community. Write speeches and articles for publication. Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and, volume. Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS Must be able to work from 7am - 4pm or 8am to 5 pm Pacific Time.
