Logistics Associate

TASQ Staffing Solutions is looking for Englishspeaking logistics associates in Makati.

Qualifications:
Open for fresh graduates or with up to 2 years of relevant experience

Preferably with customs or logistics internship but not required

Customs Administration and/or Freight Forwarding experience is preferred

Experience in Expedient is a plus.

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills

Knowledgeable in incoterm and basic shipping documents.

Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Responsibilities:

Email management.

Communicate with overseas agents and partners.

Chasing pre alert documents from overseas agents.

Checking the accuracy of the documents like Bill of Lading Debit Notes etc.

Registration of shipment in the system

Dayshift Hybrid (Makati Office) 4th Floor Glass Tower 115 Carlos Palanca St. Legazpi Village Makati City
