Highly experienced in Excel and advanced in its functions and operations.

Position purpose:
Reporting to the Tax Insurance Coordinator the Tac Audit Sales and Administration assistant provides sales support administrative and processing duties. These duties assist in the management of existing clients and the onboarding of new business.
An integral part of this position encompasses the deep analysis problem solving and delivery of Client service & solutions according to a predefined process.
Highlight of key responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Updates Data reviews and Data Uploads
Customer Service Sales and Advice support
Exceptional communication skills within the team
Registration and onboarding of new clients (support)
Administration and overseeing
Sales support (though no expected to talk directly with clients but email!)
Further explanation of responsibilities include:
Supporting the Tax Audit Insurance Coordinator in tasks related to the registration onboarding and resolution of technical challenges for both renewal and new clients.
Cultivating and sustaining relationships with existing clients.
Serving as the primary point of contact for Accounting Firms offering support and guidance on processing queries or needed assistance through email at least (don t have to call).
Providing technical support during the onboarding process as required.
Continuously meeting ongoing professional development requirements.
Assisting with the client renewal cycle.
Requirements and Behaviours:
Requirements:
Proficient in strong analytical critical thinking and problemsolving skills
Advanced Excel proficiency including the use of formulas such as VLOOKUPS IF statements Nested IF Statements etc.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
Proficient in creating macros using Excel
Competent in managing PDF files and converting them to Excel files
Quick adaptability to changing work demands and effective prioritisation of tasks
Adherence to established processes
Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills
Proven decisionmaking capabilities
Achieves outcomes with minimal direct management oversight
Confident engagement with all levels of management and stakeholders
