Troubleshooting and Process Improvement: Apply your knowledge to evaluate current processes and approaches, suggest improvements, automations or find innovative ways to solve problems efficiently. Support answering employee queries. You need to have an entrepreneur and hands-on approach, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently once and for all
