Job Description
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Partner with HRBP & HR Advisors, Payroll, IT, Benefits Vendors, Insurers and Brokers and any other internal and/or external parties to ensure a whole overall Benefits experiences throughout overlooked during new implementations, changes, communications, and automation of administrative activities
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to benefits, updates, and changes in HRIS (Human Resources Information System: Inside Tesla) and other internal and external platforms
- Troubleshooting and Process Improvement: Apply your knowledge to evaluate current processes and approaches, suggest improvements, automations or find innovative ways to solve problems efficiently. Support answering employee queries. You need to have an entrepreneur and hands-on approach, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently once and for all
