- Deploy and maintain applications on cloudnative microservices architecture
- Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency
- Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration system/data backup recovery and security/performance monitoring
- Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
- Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Support and work alongside a crossfunctional engineering team on the latest technologies
- Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
- Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards and make recommendations for improvement
Skills & requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field3 years of experience as DevOps engineer
- Experience with maintaining and deploying highlyavailable faulttolerant systems at scale
- Strong experience with AWS or any other cloud platform
- Strong experience with containers (Docker Compose ECS Kubernetes)
- Strong experience with various managed and selfhosted CI/CD tooling (Jenkins Travis Drone Mule Spinnaker)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Travis CI Circle CI
- Strong experience with version control system experience (e.g. Git)
- Strong experience with SQL RDBMS experience (e.g. Postgres)
- Experience with NoSQL experience (e.g. Cassandra MongoDB Redis)
- Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)
- Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube
- Experience with artifact servers
- Experience with maintaining and deploying highlyavailable faulttolerant systems at scale
