Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description

• Deploy and maintain applications on cloudnative microservices architecture
• Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency
• Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration system/data backup recovery and security/performance monitoring
• Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
• Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Support and work alongside a crossfunctional engineering team on the latest technologies
• Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
• Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards and make recommendations for improvement

Skills & requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field3 years of experience as DevOps engineer
• Experience with maintaining and deploying highlyavailable faulttolerant systems at scale
• Strong experience with AWS or any other cloud platform
• Strong experience with containers (Docker Compose ECS Kubernetes)
• Strong experience with various managed and selfhosted CI/CD tooling (Jenkins Travis Drone Mule Spinnaker)
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins Travis CI Circle CI
• Strong experience with version control system experience (e.g. Git)
• Strong experience with SQL RDBMS experience (e.g. Postgres)
• Experience with NoSQL experience (e.g. Cassandra MongoDB Redis)
• Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)
• Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube
• Experience with artifact servers
