Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics evaluating loyalty and new opportu

  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential cu
  • stomers;Oversee the entire sales cycle from quotation to col
  • lection;Assess credit and/or payment performance, review outstanding settlements and audit resolutions acco
  • rdingly;Ensure a proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management
  • system;Generate sales for the entire portfolio of accounts in terms of long-term revenue and profit
  • ability;Secure the highest level of engagement and support to Information & Communication Technology partners and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers
