Job Description

Daydreamer Outsourcing LLC is seeking a reliable and empathetic Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services
  • Resolve customer issues concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and internal processes
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide better support to customers

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Suite)
  • Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
