Job Description

TPF Recruitment Kent leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is recruiting for a Personal Tax Manager to join a fantastic firm of chartered accountants located near Plumstead.

This exciting role is ideal for a ATT ACA or CTAqualified Personal Tax Manager preferably with experience in probate and/ or estates and trust taxation.

The tax team provides comprehensive tax advice to highnetworth individuals landlords businesses and corporations across various industries. Their services cover personal tax planning succession planning OMB taxation asset structuring and trusts Wills and Probate.

The successful candidate will maintain expertise in personal taxation including mitigation and planning while fostering strong client relationships through excellent communication.

You will report to partners with innovative tax planning ideas manage a diverse personal tax portfolio to meet both compliance and consultancy needs and support the Partners in expanding the businesss Probate service. Additionally the role involves overseeing junior staff members.

Requirements

Successful applicants will have:
  • ATT CTA or ACA qualification with strong private client tax experience
  • Knowledge of private client and trust tax
  • Experience working at a senior level ideally managerial
  • Proven evidence for building longterm client relationships

The Personal Tax Manager will be: ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification. Significant experience in a tax role within a practice environment. Confidence in a client-facing role. Strong technical knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance. The ability to mentor and guide junior staff members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
