You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a strategic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join a large HR team. The HRBP will play a critical role in aligning the HR initiatives with business objectives and needs. The position is initially for a 1 year contract and requires a proactive and solutionoriented individual who can drive HR strategies provide expert HR guidance and foster a positive workplace culture.

HRBP Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to understand the business goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HRrelated matters including performance management employee relations talent development and organizational design.
Lead and manage the implementation of HR programs and initiatives across the business units.
Provide expertise in areas such as employee engagement compensation and benefits and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Analyse HR data and trends to inform decisionmaking and identify opportunities for improvement.
Champion a culture of diversity equity and inclusion ensuring that all HR practices are aligned with these values.
Facilitate change management processes and support business transformation initiatives.
Manage employee relations issues with a fair and balanced approach ensuring timely resolution.
HRBP Skills & Experience
CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
Proven solid experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
Indepth knowledge of UK employment laws and HR best practices.
Demonstrated experience in implementing HR initiatives that drive business success.

Location: Westminster / Victoria
Hybrid working: 1 2 days in the London office 35 hours per week
Salary: 48K 51K plus excellent benefits.
