Organization Design Expert

• Research and implement organizational design models and methods.
  
• Analyze the current structure design and implement the construction of functional matrices organizational charts company and department functional charts suitable for each stage and business goal.
  
• Develop related regulations processes guidelines and forms.
  
• Build staffing principles and staffing standards for positions.
  
• Build and develop a system of job titles and job descriptions.
  
• Evaluate improve and build solutions for resources to serve effective operation/business.
  
• Analyze HR data to come up with OD initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in HR Business Administration or a related field.
  
• 2 years of experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or similar role with experience designing and implementing flexible organizational solutions preferably in technology or fastgrowing companies.
  
• Strong understanding of Organization Design Value Stream and Value Chain.
  
• Knowledge of Business Models and the relationship between Strategy and Organization Design.
  
• Excellent communication consulting and persuasion skills.
  
• Ability to research and prepare documents in English.
